Nowadays, managing organizations especially academic institutions requires more than traditional programs. Traditional planning assumptions are not responsive to the changing needs and complex management systems in science and education. Academic institutions today are confronted with trends in demographic, economic, political, and technological change in and around the environment. In addition to these internal developments, these institutions require changes in physical, financial, humanly and information resources. These peripheral and internal variable trends always bring opportunities, threats, strengths and areas of improvement, or new weaknesses for managers and planners. On the other hand, scientific and educational institutions must be constantly in the process of creation and reconstruction, taking into account their internal and external environment.
Creating a vision and vision for managers with the involvement of relevant staff and groups, agreeing on the mission or mission of the educational institution, and announcing the values by which the educational institution can fulfill its mission and achieve the desired vision throughout the program. Reviewing the objectives of the programs and their continuous monitoring and evaluation are among the important tasks of the managers and planners of academic departments of educational institutions, especially the higher education. Given the importance of the foregoing facts, it turns out that change, transformation and enlightenment are elements that can transform society, and that it is imperative for us to transform society as agents, and that this approach to change except through educational centers and through the tools of knowledge. It is science that makes this great and valuable development a gift that humans being it to the society, and as a message in the last lines I have written to the most affectionate and scholarly readers, there is a close and intimate relationship between knowledge and power. In my opinion and some in the intellectual world like me, knowledge is seen as a means of generating power and wealth. We believe that knowledge creates power and that it is necessary to become more powerful. With the above in mind, we set up a science-news site to inform and submit scientific reports on the academic functions of the Edrak Private Higher Education Institute. I hope that with the functions of the administrators of this weighty site of science and academic activities we can make the tree of knowledge and education more prosperous in our country.
